We’re looking for a Business Analyst who can think clearly, understand business problems deeply, and translate them into structured solutions. This role goes beyond traditional BA work.
You will work on projects where AI and automation are actively used to improve business systems, and you’ll play a key role in shaping how these solutions are designed and delivered. You will work directly with clients to understand their workflows, identify the real problem behind requests and design clear, structured solutions, often leveraging AI and automation
Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify inefficiencies
- Gather and refine business and technical requirements
- Translate requirements into clear documentation (user stories, specs, flows)
- Work closely with developers to ensure correct implementation
- Ask the right questions to uncover real business needs
- Continuously look for ways to improve systems and workflows
Requirements
- 2 - 3 years experience in Business Analysis / Systems Analysis / QA
- Experience working with software or automation projects
- Familiarity with tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or similar AI tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment
