What exactly do I get for $2,499?

You get a complete, business-specific AI implementation plan (not a generic framework). That includes a priority matrix showing which automations to build first and why, a high-level technical architecture spec, a 90-day milestone timeline, vendor and tool recommendations, a business case with a full ROI model (labor savings vs. build cost, breakeven timeline), and four live strategy sessions with Dylan and Wouter. How long does the whole process take?

Most clients complete the Accelerator in 3-4 weeks. The four strategy sessions are typically spread across that window: one to kick off and map your current operations, two working sessions to build out the architecture and roadmap, and one final session to walk through the complete deliverable package and answer questions before you go build.

What if we decide not to build after getting the plan?

That's a completely valid outcome. The plan is yours. You can execute it yourself, hand it to your internal team, or bring it to any developer. We're not building any lock-in into the deliverable. And if after session one it's clear that AI automation isn't the right move for you right now, we'll tell you that directly and stop the engagement. We'd rather refund you than sell you a plan you're not ready to use.

If you have a technical co-founder or ops lead you want to include in sessions, bring them. You won't be lost without one.

Who should attend the strategy sessions?

The business owner or decision-maker needs to be in the room. If you have an ops manager, integrations lead, or anyone who owns day-to-day workflows, bring them to sessions two and three. The more context we have on how your business actually runs, the sharper the plan we can build.

What does the guarantee cover?
