The Trial Week is a unique part of our hiring process. It gives you the opportunity to work on a project with some team members, showcasing your skills and fit for the role.
During the Trial Week, you’ll collaborate with some team members on a project, participate in meetings, and receive feedback. At the end of the week, you’ll present your work to stakeholders, who will then make the final hiring decision.
Be ready to showcase your skills and experience during the Intro Call and Technical Interview. For the Challenge and Trial Week, focus on problem-solving, creativity, and collaboration. Familiarize yourself with the tools we use, such as ClickUp and Slack.
